Continuous plant makes use of automatic slag-out system, thus it don’t need any labor force to take out the slag. On the contrary, Batch plant isn’t equipped with automatic slag-out system, therefore, it need to be slagged out by workers. What’s more, the slag-out process is supposed to be started after the furnace cooled down completely. The equipment doesn’t stop for 24 hours. This is why we call it automatically continuous plant. It is more convenient and sufficient than the batching pyrolysis plant.

Batching Pyrolysis Plant:

By this type of machine, workers should fill the raw material, for example, the waste tyre, plastic with a batch of raw material and take the process, and then after cooling down and removal of the carbon, the next process will happen. Batch pyrolysis plant is able to process 10 tons raw material one day. It needs feeding time for one and a half hour, processing time for eight to nine hours, cooling time for five to six hour, and slagging out time for two hours. In this process, the steel wire should be pulled out by people.
