Due to considering the size of feeding inlet, raw material should be processed into 1200mm which means some pretreatment needs to be completed. First, wire puller removes main steel wires from tire lip and bead and then make rough shredder crush tires into shred with 1200mm.
As the name tyre pyrolysis plant shows us, it is a kind of recycling plant for tyre to fuel (oil, carbon) by adopting the pyrolysis-a green technology. Batching Waste Plastic Pyrolysis Plant
Sometimes, the waste plastic is wet and in order to better pyrolysis it. Waste plastic has to be evaporated by plastic dryer. At the same time, impurity should be removed. The single plastic will stay. And in the oil pyrolysis process, the waste plastics should first be heated to 400 degrees in an oxygen-free reactor. In this temperature, the plastic will melt and release gas at the same time. Part of these gas will go back to the reactor and then act as the fuel until we obtain pure fuel. When the oil pyrolysis has been finished, temperature of the reactor will be down and the carbon black will be discharged. At last the plastic will be converted to the oil. It is a quality pyrolysis plant in the process of plastic to oil.
Production Method of Batching Pyrolysis Plant
Batch pyrolysis plant is able to process 10 tons raw material one day. It needs feeding time for one and a half hour, processing time for eight to nine hours, cooling time for five to six hour, and slagging out time for two hours. It will produce 3 end products, oil, carbon black, and steel wire. The tyre oil can be widely used in many industries. The carbon black can be used for construction bricks with clay or used as fuel. The steel wire can be recycled to produce new steel products.
