Process of Hospital Waste Disposal System in Kingtiger
Put medical waste disinfected and sterilized into pyrolysis reactor. Mixed gas will be produced at the required temperature from 500 to 900 degree centigrade. Then mixed gas will be separated into heavy oil and light oil after purification by multiple-stage separator. Heavy oil shall be stored in storage tank. Light oil shall be sent into cooling system. Condensable gas will be stored in tank after been cooled. Non condensable gas will be sent into the water seal device, and then it will be recycled to heat pyrolysis reactor.
