1.  Oil sludge is sent into pyrolysis reactor by the feeding system after it has been dewatered by the professional system.
2. To heat the pyrolysis reactor, then oil vapor will be produced after it has reached a certain temperature. Oil gas will become two part after through the condenser: the liquable oil gas becomes the mixed oil, non-liquefiable oil gas is used as fuel for burning system after it purified by the purification system. Exhaust gas can be used for generating electricity, thus not only save fuel energy but also pollute the environment.
3. The flue gas enters the spray tower to mix with the lye, so as to remove acid gases in the flue gas. The residual lye in flue gas is removed by the adsorption tower.
