One of end products of tyre/rubber pyrolysis plant is rubber oil, which is also called as rubber pyrolysis oil or tyre oil. Rubber oil is mainly used as fuel for heating boiler. But it can be refined into diesel oil and gasoline by rubber oil to diesel refining machine for vehicles. It is the alternative energy for oil resource. Rubber oil to diesel will have huge economic and environmental benefits.
According to the characteristics of rubber/tyre/plastic oil, Kingtiger Group has researched and developed rubber oil to diesel refining equipment, based on reduced pressure distillation technology. Reduced pressure distillation (vacuum distillation), refers to reduce the pressure inside the system by vacuum pumps, thereby reducing the boiling point of the liquid.
Compared with normal pressures distillation diesel oil and gasoline refined are better, from quality, purity to transparency. This process has many advantages: it can automatically deodorize product distilled by vacuum distillation, oil yield increases by 5% to 10%. Safety is more reliable, the operation is simpler.

Kingtiger vacuum distillation system consists of pretreatment equipment, distillation reactor, cooling system, storage oil system, vacuum system, as well as filter system. Rubber oil or waste oil is pumped into distillation reactor only after they have been processed by pretreatment equipment. Rubber oil in reactor is heated to operating temperature, and reactor is equipped with stirring system and heat preservation system. Gaseous hydrocarbon is cooled into liquid diesel oil and gasoline, which are stored in oil tank separately. Impurities in diesel oil and gasoline are filtered by filter system. The more detailed process is the same as pyrolysis oil distillation.
There is free of waste water, exhaust gas and waste residue in the whole process. Our machine is equipped with exhaust gas processing system. A small amount of non-liquefied gas is discharged only it has been processed to meet standards required by our advanced exhaust gas processing system.
