Process of Used Motor Oil Recycling Plant from Kingtiger
1. Use oil pump to feed raw oil into reactor, and then make sure the door of reactor shall be closed totally.
2. Heat reactor by using fuel oil, LPG, natural gas, wood as well as pyrolysis oil. Oil vapour will be released when the temperature is rising at the working point, then it will be stored in oil tank after has been cooled by cooling system. After sedimentation filtration, they will be mixed with decolorizing agent, at last they will become the qualified fuel oil at last.
3. Gasoline will be released when temperature is rising at 180 degrees Celsius. Diesel oil will be released when temperature is between 180-360 degrees Celsius.
4. Combustible gas has not been condensation shall be sent in the gas tank, then it will be as the fuel to heat reactor after has been sealed by water seal system.
5. Combustion flue gas generated by heating reactor will be discharged through gas flue after dedusting system.
